Wow, where is the poll?....I have drunk nearly every night for the last 20 years! Not to a drunken state of course, but at least a beer or two or several wines, white & soda, white, red, bit of both, cuzzys ho,e brew of the last 10 years!, sometimes all...LMAO!
My goal this year is to stop drinking during the work week..haha. But hey, life as you go through it has challenges and we all have our faults. TBH, id rather a puff than a tipple, but some ole fcuks with no experience or knowledge on the matter, listen rather to propaganda!
I work hard, get stressed, life can be very challenging, I have no problem with help to relax to enjoy my family. After 30+ years of an otherwise model citizen, i dont see why its any other persons problem.

however, i still dont drink with food; when i eat, i like water.

Its not but as I said before, it actually INCREASES your anxiety for the other 23 hours without a beer in your system.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Having a beer now, but it's my first since Monday I think. Over the summer I was drinking a lot(for me), and that was three or four beers per day.

Having a nice glass of Old Forester now. I've been wanting some, and to my delight, I found a bottle in the cabinet. There's only a couple glasses left, but it'll do for the time being.

Nope... Drinking's expensive and I'm cheap. And I'm paranoid, so too worried about liver damage and alcoholism.

For a few weeks I did drink every night. Eff, that felt good -- nothing was feeling good outside drinking hours though.

I drink almost every day, a glass of beer or wine, sometimes two. I average about 10 drinks a week.

I haven't gotten drunk in years. I can't stand being drunk. I almost never have more than 2 drinks in a day. The exception being a few parties a year where I'll have 4-5 drinks over a long night.

I've cut back my drinking a lot but my job is responsible for me feeling like I need a drink to calm my brain so I could sleep at night

I have since Thanksgiving. Opening the 2nd bottle of Scotch now for this week. 3 day weekend, was drunk last night, and will finish this bottle by tomorrow night. Reason being, I am starting my spring work out routine Tuesday and alcohol pauses protein synthesis for at least 48hrs. So everything in the house is getting drank this weekend.:biggrin:

No. I drink hardly, but when i do , i make up for it.

If you use ATOT to judge what normal is, then alcoholism would be a secondary concern, IMO. To answer your question, I do not drink every day, but I often drink to excess. Probably too often, and have a problem just having one drink and being done with it.
