Just added a AXP 1600+ to the mix. This will eventually replace a athlon 600, but for a while they will run both, (have to test the new one first)

It seems we are indeed ahead again, at least for the time being.

2700xp is now up and crunching. What the hey might as well see if the Rebel Alliance can make it to 300k before the end might fire up the old p2 350 while I'm at it. .

Wha..??

SETI classic is ending so soon? And I just broke 4200 WUs.

And WTH is that turncoat doing to us at this very crucial period? I'm firing on all cylinders now!!

:|

Btw when it's all over, I'll be looking forward to a TA SETI classic farewell bash, virtual or otherwise.

You could put a machine or all with TA Sentinel, the rally TeAm. It's a good way to see different projects. If we do one you really like then stay there.

If TAS were bigger it would make more of an impact during the month we stay on each project.

@amd.borg
Do we know how many WUs TAS has done so far in Seti this month?
I'm at almost 400.

Just got the Dell SC420 Intel P4 3.6 GHz (HT) server in for work. Looks like its going at the first couple of workunits in about 2 hours and 25 minutes. This is gonna dish out some good WU's.

I just bought a DELL SC420 (Celly 2.53GHz , 512MB) for my parents. I still have it temporarily, and will try to keep SETI running on it even after I give it to them in the beginning of February.

Many of us will switch to SETI BOINC (aka S@H2) ,including myself though I will also be diversifying & doing some DPAD

There are many projects that TA are involved in ,take your pick

Gary I honestly have no idea, maybe we could try and add it up on the TAS forums!

I would really like to see all classic members migrate over to seti boinc after classic ends, so we can clame the #5 spot (or higher)

I for one ... will be switching to the Rebel Allinance if they will have me and then I do not have to worry about my stats and just work with a team ... my computing power is so small that without a team to asssit I would still be at less than 2500 for seti classic and have been running it since Nov 2002

M<ark...

This thread is a call to arms to the TeAm. That means help from the other projects.

Can the other projects expect help in return after the end of Classic? Or is this a one way thing?

Please take no offence, michael19, I could have quoted a number of other posts.
