I'm talking about "cheaters" being deleted from the final accounting. The Seti Admins gave up on deleting/adjusting those accounts that were not honest because those individuals would just create a "new" account and begin cheating again. Though never stated publicly as far as I know there has been great speculation that when Seti-Classic is finally over, the Seti Admins will check some accounts (probably the big ones) to insure they have crunched their WUs honestly and have not just sent in a bunch of duplicate WUs.

According to my crystal ball, you should reach 100K on August 29th at your current pace. Not sure if SETI-Classic will be around that long, but who really knows?

Did you use the flex installer to get them all running? If so you can just run it again with the new server info. If not, then one of the guru's will have to step in.

Hey I am going to bring another pc up soon and will use that for the cause. I was going to use it to try and hit 50k, but this is just as good!

I would also like to know if you can do this remotely. It is a pain having to go to each computer.

I have had to do it one computer at a time. It only takes a few minutes for each.

I have kept the original Seti Folder w/SetiDriver intact and only deleted the shortcut in the startup folder. I then created a new Seti Folder, for example: C:\Seti@Home-Robor

Just copy over to the new folder the CLI CLIENT and the SetiDriver.exe files. I can then run through the SetiDriver install in about a minute ... after doing this many, many times over the past three years or so I've gotten pretty quick (for an old man, that is). lol

I keep 20 WU's cached on all pc's. Therefore, I made a small batch file to delete the user_info.sah file from
all 20 folders. First I stop the SetiDriver, by right clicking on the icon in the system tray and clicing EXIT.
Batch file Example:
c:
cd \"Program Files\Seti@Home"
del user_info.sah
cd 1
del user_info.sah
cd ..
cd 2
del user_info.sah
ect....through dir. 20.

Then restart the client, and press 2, enter the e-mail address and you;re done. Unless you are doing
2 processes, then you will need to enter the e-mail address twice.

There isn't a way to transfer an entire account over to Robor is there? I would donate my 5100 WUs if there is a way to combine Techgrahix into Robor.

That was networkman and he didn't. He added the account to the TeAm where it has sat till this day.
I read a post on BBR a while back where kinguni was told by the powers that be at seti that they wasn't merging accounts anymore, they just didn't have the time to do so .
