The TeAm is holding at 10th place, with a wide lead over 11th.

Three TeAm members are in the top 100, with Pokey at an impressive 25th place!

1.75 million points from our TeAm thus far.

Well, thanks for the heads up!

By the way, I installed the lunatics on some of the PCs running the Quadros and they seem to be kicking in. Nothing comparable to what you guys are cranking out GPU wise, but it helps. I'll try to get to the rest tomorrow.

I haven't found that button terribly useful. I guess if you are connected to multiple projects and have huge caches, you might "lose" your active tasks??

Could someone tell me where I can find the 'join team' link so I can add it to our Berkeley homepage?

Hmm, the "join team"-link includes a timestamp and some other not sure what it's supposed to be before at the end including the team-number... While it's maybe possible to make a valid link, just removing everything except the team-number does atleast not work since you gets an error-message about link being too old...

So, for anyone wanting to join, my current recommendation is to tell them to:
1: Login to their SETI-account.
2: Go to http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/team_display.php?teamid=30191 and click on the "Join this team" (just above the grey line titled "Members".

BTW, time for me to look how to disable this ¤&%#$$$!!!¤%#¤%¤3!!! auto-erroring since I seriously doubt "Go" is written "Og"...

You don't see the link, if:
1: You're already part of the team.
2: You're not logged in.
3: The team does not accept new members.

For #3, check example the GPU Users Group: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/team_display.php?teamid=138578

For #1, example join SETI.Germany and afterwards re-load the TeAm AnandTech-page and you'll see the link for joining is suddenly present.

Well that is embarrasing.......... I started this whole mess by asking Assimilator1 to find out what happened to the link. I saw it on other teams pages and thought it was broke on ours.

Thanks for clearing that up. Of course I will have forgotten by next year.........^_^

Lol, I thought it might be something like that, I remember asking if you could see it if you logged out, but I see by RDs post that wouldn't of worked anyway .

Thx RD

Btw, do you know where I can edit the Team info description section so I can remove (& maybe replace) that dead link?

Thanks, Tony.
All the credit goes to my herd of cantankerous cruncher's................all I do is try to keep them all going in the same direction.......

Too bad it doesn't seem to make a difference. The TeAm seems to be stuck for now in 10th.............

and my Pisces group is still dead last.

My recent Seti Free-DC stats seem to come and go. Yesterday they seemed ok but today they are missing.

Win10 + google chrome or Edge: "Zero points" last few days.

Is it normal to have a long list of tasks awaiting validation? I don't think I've yet dipped below 950 tasks awaiting validation.

If it's not normal, I'm guessing perhaps there are fewer AMD GPU users than Nvidia, so I have to wait on AMD wingmen?

And if it is normal, I'm guessing that is due to the millions of tasks out there, and hundreds of thousands of tasks yet to be sent, combined with the triple check validation process?

I've scaled back, only using GPU's for SETI. Although I enjoy racing: SETI has enormous support; I'll certainly surpass my goal of getting my score to 1,000,000; and I prefer to support the smaller projects.

Speaking of GPU's, I have a dual card issue. BumbleBee ran a single GPU at 99%. I dropped in a second card, and now both are only utilized at about 63% on average.

POEM tasks run them both at 99+%, so I don't think it's any particular problem with my setup, or Windows 10. Anyone else notice this with SETI and dual GPU? I don't use the crossfire ribbon, but again, POEM has no trouble maxing them out, only SETI.

Now 950 doesn't tell me anything, but having "validation pending" larger than "valid" isn't uncommon. Having pending larger than 2x valid on the other hand is less common.

If it's not normal, I'm guessing perhaps there are fewer AMD GPU users than Nvidia, so I have to wait on AMD wingmen?
SETI doesn't care if a Nvidia is paired with a CPU or an Amd or an Intel, or for that matter if one is using Linux and another Windows.

And if it is normal, I'm guessing that is due to the millions of tasks out there, and hundreds of thousands of tasks yet to be sent, combined with the triple check validation process?
A normal wu is only sent out twice, if majority of your wu's has been sent-out 3 times before they're validated I would take a look if you've got some problem with your computer...

The main reason for having a fairly large pending is SETI allows close to 2 months deadline on some of the wu's (depends on angle-range).
