I've set up a little queue of my own just to monitor the machines I have running seti... it's a child of another setiqueue server. Everything seems to be going well now (after a few misconfigurations). Every machine on my lan is working fine and I have two machines outside my lan; one appears to be working fine but the other won't grab a file from my setiqueue server.

Setiqueue log:
7:22pm: Invalid IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx for setiqueue request

Client output after c:\>setiathome -proxy xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx
Using proxy server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx
Found data file: no. Found result header file: no.
Getting data - connecting to server.
recv fd=4 n=0, errno=2
Unexpected end of data from server

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Aah; nevermind... got it. I had setiqueue set up with a subnet of 255.255.255.0 (which is the subnet of my lan) and it apparently didn't like connections from one of the two outside ip's... wierd; I'd think it would be all or none.

Anyhow, changed to 0.0.0.0 and it's working

Yep ,you got it ,SETIQ won't let any other rigs connect outside of a specified subnet mask...........that reminds me I've got to change mine to all 0's to allow my work Q to connect to my home Q
