Back when Rich bought the WUs, he got about the same amount and I believe he paid $600. But, at that time 25,00 WUs meant a lot more that it does 2 years later.

I will be glad to chip in. Just make sure one ONE of our members is bidding we don't want to drive the price up for our own TeAm members.

Meh, I don't agree with selling WU's but I'm not going to bash a TeAmmate for trying to make a buck - especially if times are rough.

I just can't believe someone's willing to pay over $100 for just 25K WU's. Does that mean my 200K+ WU's is worth $800?

I just received a PM from a member of TA that reads:

"I am currently the high bidder on your auction. I don't think it is going to draw a whole lot more money (however I could be wrong). I would like to make a proposal, let me know what you are looking to get out of this auction and if I can do it, I will and you can end it now. A sort of buy it now option. To be perfectly honest, I really don't care about the WUs, I care more about my teammate so I wouldn't even need you to transfer them. Just make a promise they won't go on the auction block again.

That's what makes this TeAm the best. I joined the SETI project way back when in the name of science and I joined TeAm Anandtech as a way to give back to a website I found very informative and useful. Who would've thought I would've found such a great group of people in the process. We may not have the biggest total WU's but the community here is better than anywhere else.
