If lhampel gives me permission to give out his PayPal address for donations to those interested, I will do so, but that's solely up to him - it's not my call.

First I'd like to thank everyone here for the encouragement.
Things are tight, but I?ve got a good job & things will get better.

I truly appreciate the offers for donations, however I?m the kind of man who works for everything & earns what we have.

If however some in the DC community still wish to help out, this is something you can do.

Visit NiTROE.com

Read the specifications of the products before the purchase.
(If you own a turbo charged vehicle & would still like to use NiTROE, please ask for detailed instructions?as the treatment process is different for turbo charged vehicles)
Or if you know someone who spends time tuning engines, send them the link ,they will benefit for the use of the product.
Have spent over four years in the development process & now need to market the product?but have almost run completely out of $$$?however when the world finds out how well NiTROE works, $$$ shouldn?t be a problem.

& I?ll never forget the people who helped make it happen.

Thanks again for your support

this NiTROE stuff is something that you invented?

Looks niffty if it works as well as shown.

one ? for ya

this part:

The pictures above are of the exact same spark plug. Before and After treating the engine with NITROE.
In the "before" photo the sparkplug was removed from the engine and photographed. The "after" photo is the
same plug immediately after treating it with NITROE with the engine running.

how immediate is immediately?

Thank

Chris

Other than 'we use the power of citrus' (paraphrased) there are no specifications on the site to read

I couldn't find any reference to conformance with SAE or auto/motorcycle/boat engine manufacturer specifications/recommendations.

I'm certainly not bashing the product (how could I there is no hard info on the site), just pointing out that an awful lot is left to "good faith". I'm not all that faithful when it comes to my $20,000 car and certainly not with my Harley.

My suggestion would be a discussion of the testing process that was mentioned with some technical information included. At the very least, what kind of engine have you tested it in... how long... what conditions, etc...)

Also I would like to see a mention of testing that shows this additive is safe for the plastics and gasket materials fuel regularly comes in contact with. (Yes, more test data and/or hard specs.)

Bottom line, a picture of a sparkplug from an obviously mistuned engine followed by a picture of a clean plug is a great start, but some confidence needs to be provided by the distrubuter of this product.

But most of all, I couldn't find anything helping me to believe the distributer of this product is ready to take any responsibility for it's performance.

The "EULA-ish" disclaimer about turbocharged motors kind of says "let the buyer beware". Not enough when it comes to our chrome babies.

Finally, I don't think the DC forum of AnandTech is a good advertising medium.

-Sid

(Sorry for all the negativity, I hope my comments might help in your marketing efforts)

edit: I think you might find some great testing standards in SAE literature

I agree with Insidious here ,more info needed.

Btw ,why shouldn't it be used with Turboed petrol engines? (you can get technical I'm a mechanic)

Chris, Immediately is less that 60 sec after stopping the engine, removing the plug & holding it with a pair of vise-gripps (it?s hot) in one had & taking the pic with the other.

Yes, that plug was in an engine that needs work & would barely run, I thought it would be good to show the positive effects of NiTROE on an extremely dirty engine.
The owner was very pleased that the product helped the engine run better, but understood NiTROE isn?t going to repair cracked or broken rings.

Yes I invented NiTROE. & I understand people being skeptical...that?s normal.
It started out with testing on my lawn mowers, 2hp-5hp Briggs. & last year in my 24HP V-2 Briggs (50in cut)
Several co-workers have tested the product on their lawnmowers & cars. (all with success)

Auto Test Engines:
(1st) 92" Chevy S-10 "Iron Duke" 2.5L I-4
(over a period of 3 years, every oil change after 90,000 miles, the truck still runs quite well, now w/ over 210,000 miles & I literally tried to kill it with too much NiTROE)
(2nd) 92" 3.8L Regal Limited with over 200k miles
(3rd) 88? Ford LTD 5.0L v-8
2.2, 2.5, 3.8 Chryslers various models from chargers to Sebrings & Town & country LSi

(latest) 2.2 PT cruiser Turbo 48K miles, First turbo tested Jan 7 2005, with great feed back from the owner. (with special turbo instructions) He said ?his car has never run better?
email him & ask: daniel@whoswhoinc.com

Jeep Wrangler 4.0 I-6 W 60K miles
two Honda Civic(s) I4 & V-6 one with 80K the other 20K

Several Motorcycle engines including:

300+HP Nitrous Drag bike using Suzuki GS1150E heads & who knows what block or CC size (I'm guessing 1400+)
Harley Roadking 1450cc V-2
Kawasaki zx-12 engines 1.2L I-4
(Between 10K~12K miles, before & after dyno runs showing mean average of 2.8% increase in power-> HP & TQ)
99' Suzuki Hayabusa 1.3L, 2000 Suzuki gsxr 1K

Diesel:
7.3 Ford Turbo Diesel (now with over 100K miles)

NiTROE has surpassed my performance expectations & the reason that I've not posted any hard #'s is quite simple?
the #'s are different depending on the engine...as one may have 200+K miles & respond very well & others with 20K responded well but not nearly as dramatic. The #'s depend on the engine & how dirty the insides are.
(I have seen my motorcycle on the dyno put out +5Hp & +3Tq between 5 & 7K rpm.)
Most people notice the fuel mileage increase, as NiTROE cleans the engines valves & plugs, the engine will run more efficiently.

The NiTROE formulas are patent pending & I?m not going to just give anyone the chemical compositions? However Citrus compounds will always be a vital part of NiTROE.

I?m probably going to post some video testimonials on Nitroe.com
Simply because the fact that most end users actually can tell the difference before & after using NiTROE. It?s not just me & my tests, the product works & works well enough that I?ve invested almost every penny I own & over 4 years of my life in to it.
Now I?m not very skilled at marketing or building websites?that?s for sure. But when people in California actually use NiTROE, a find out how well it works & that it isn?t produced with petroleum distillates & will help their cars run better than they ever have, they will probably buy more than can currently be manufactured.

& Sid, sorry dude, it wasn?t an advertisement, I just thought people might like to know why $$$ was tight & instead of taking handouts would let people know what I?ve been working on?giving them the option to help was all that it was or is.

Assimilator1, the product can now be safely used in gasoline engines w/turbo charges & or Nitrous injected Engines....the only reason for the disclaimer was because in theory the product could possibility damage the turbo. (& that theory has now been proven incorrect)

However NiTROE should never be used with two stroke engines...because the citrus in NiTROE will react with the oil in the fuel.

if anyone has further questions please email me

That's an interesting product you have there, Ihampel. Keep us updated on the success (hopefully) of your sales. I have a '92 Lexus ES 300 with 132k on it. Giving the engine a cleanup might not be a bad idea.

it dosent say anywhere how your product is "used " in the engine.....is it put in the gas tank like some cleaners ??...or is it used like a de-carb....hooked up to one of the vacuum lines..i would say the vacuum line method...judging by your claims of instant results...

you really do notice a big diffrence with "de-carbs"... it sounds like your product may be based on "cleaner" compounds..(the california remark) this could be a BIG selling point..

Panhead49,

The instructions are part of the pending patent. (it's a two part patent)
If the instructions are not followed NiTROE will not work properly,
followed exactly, the engine will run better & usually much better.

NiTROE is more like Amsoil Power foam Pic
than anything else...but quite different, in that it works only on the internal parts of an engine & works better.
