I'm wanting to set up an ftp so that I can share an anime music video of mine on the internet. At first I was looking around for a free file hosting site, but none of the ones I found would allow storage of a file 35 mb in size. So someone recommended that I try setting up my own ftp using Serv-U. I downloaded it, ran the setup wizard, picked the folder I wanted to be shared and set it to an anonymous account with no password. But now I don't know what I need to do in order for people to have access to it through a browser like IE. I can access it through computers on the campus network by just typing ftp://150.xxx.xxx.xx/ in the address bar, but when I asked a friend of mine to test it (he's not on the campus network, just a dial up) he was unable to access it. I'm guessing there needs to be more to my ftp address, but I don't know what. Adivce will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
