What am I missing in this setup? Windows 10.
This used to work. I was having to switch one cable between the printer and headphones amp, but finally got a second USB/USB-C cable and plugged in the headphoe amp.
I also have a second pair of headphones installed that work. I switched back and forth by changing devices in control manager.
I'm not seeing the headphone amp in the control manager devices. What I do see:
- the other pair of headphones; they work.
- 2x "AMD Digitial Display Audio" that show "not plugged in"
- the speaker in the monitor. That works.
- 3x more of the "AMD Didigital Display Audio" no plugged in.
- "Speakers" labelled "Realtek High Definition Audio" showing not plugged in
- "Realtek Digital Sound" that shows it's working - I can select it and see the sound bar moving like it's playing - but I assume this is the onboard sound I have nothing hooked up to.
That's all. When I plug the USB cable for the headphone amp in and out, nothing shows up on the control panel devices.
