setting up with raid using mirror on brand new system

just got the nf7s, barton 2500, 512 of ocz 3200, and two serial ata hard drives and want to set it up so that both hard drives are identical in the case one crashes i just have to boot to the other windows and all. i need to know if i can in fact do this and how if i can the order in which would be helpfull thank you
