No. It is a fair ball.
Baseball parks have their own ground rules to specify what should happen during quirky baseball occurances (since all baseball parks differ). However, no baseball park has a rule that if a ball hits the wall and is then caught, it is an out.
However, I believe that if a ball hits the ceiling or the wires holding up the Metrodome, then it is still a live ball and it can be caught for an out.
