I know that no one can counter your unassailable logic (or ignorance...whichever you choose) but the Law Covenant was in effect up to the death of Christ, so he wasn't there to abolish it, but he fulfilled it by dying faithful to the Law -- and that's exactly what he stated in that very passage.

In other words, he fulfilled the 'contract' by completing its requirements.

That is something modern christians like to claim to try and distance themselves from the outright evil that is their god in the old testament. Every time I post something from your god's handbook that you don't like, you try and claim that I (and others) are ignorant and then speak as if you are the authority on the bible. Maybe you should post to your god in the same manner for creating a contradictory and a very imperfect version of his teachings. Considering he claims to have known us before we were born, we are made in his image, and his word is 'perfect' (lol) he should be able to communicate better. But then again he's not real, so that explains a lot.

There are christians who still believe in old testament laws/teachigns. Jesus himself brings up those rules a number of times in the new testament.

But we probably shouldn't drag this too far off topic regarding fake gods, like ra, thor, jesus, etc. This is more about a pedo using the bible to defend his actions. The bible would never suggest a woman is sexually ready at a young-ish age, right...? Right?

Weirdos of all stripes use the bible to justify their thinking processes/words/actions. Pedophilia is a psychological disorder; using an interpretation of a particular verse from the bible/torah/quran to justify ones criminal actions and/or societal interactions is despicable.
