For now I think, it will be more college expulsion due to sexual assault. That record will stay with a guy.

They are well on their way to legislating sex out of existence. Similar to what they have done with marriage. All in the quest for a better society

They can try but if there is one thing human beings like doing and will continue doing it is fucking. Hell we can't keep certain groups of people from fucking each other (see the hot teacher thread) and we can't prevent minor children from fucking each other. This legislation is, at least from my view, retarded. I can definitely see how it can be seriously abused. OTOH, a lot of rapes go unreported so maybe they think this will help (although I don't see how)?

Yeah . . . Not really seeing the gray area in his example. BOTH parties have to consent, not just one. And generally speaking, if both parties are intoxicated, the man will probably be convicted if the woman alleges rape. Fair? The world's not fair. Is it fair that women are physically weaker? Instead of raging at the world, stay sober and don't do drunk chicks. Sex is a lot more satisfying sober anyway.

Seriously? Husband and wife split a bottle of champagne on their anniversary, and then have to abstain from sex because neither can consent?
