That's interesting because it was the exact opposite when I was in grade/middle school. If they DID have it signed, they didn't attend; however, if they didn't have it signed, then they DID attend.

Ours was an opt-out slip I guess. Interesting anyways. What state are you from? I'm from Northern VA
