The project I am on is looking at close to a year of travel having me in a different city each week. I am looking at using my time a little more wisely since I am onsite alone most weeks and can devote more towards working out. I would also like to start dieting and would love a "don't think about it" approach while eating. My plan was to do something along the lines of shakes\meal replacement for breakfast and lunch and start trying to eat healthier dinners with fruit\nuts\etc as snacks during the day. Also I always stay at Hampton or Doubletree so if there is something I could piece together with their continental breakfast that would be cool too.
