Figured we haven't had one of these in a while...what you guys doing for shakes these days?
I'm at the tail end of a cut...my morning shake:
1 cup soy milk
2 large eggs
2 Tbl greek yogurt
2 tbl flaxseed
1 scoop ON choco protein powder
1 cup blueberries.
Tastes DELICIOUS, like a chocolate shake with blueberries in it
