Shampoo recommendations for dandruff?

Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment shampoo in the blue bottle.

Works wonders.

The regular H&S shampoo is worthless.

nope, i have psoriasis, and it did nothing for me

If Selsun Blue doesn't help; get the stronger Selsun in yellow bottle. Smells like crap, but it does its job. U can't use it everyday. It's THAT strong.

Try DHS Zinc Shampoo. It's probably only available at a pharmacy, but it is an Over The Counter product. You'll probably won't find it at a walmart or Target. Expensive, $15/12 oz. The active ingredient is 2% Pyrithione Zinc, that's twice H&S.

Is it dandruff or dry scalp? Dandruff eventually becomes big yellow flakes. Dry scalp is small white ones. The shampoos for one don't work for the other.

Apple Cider vinegar from the grocery store. Spray and let soak for 30 minutes 1-2x a week and then wash thoroughly. Works like a charm!

head & shoulders. Also, make sure you leave it in for a few minutes before washing it out. You may notice more dandruff after the first few times, but it should eventually start decreasing
