Shaolin Soccer

Hey guys,

I was just browsing some upcoming movies for the month of April, and I saw that Shaolin Soccer is being released in the US. From what I read, this movie is pretty funny and sports some awesome kung fu moves. Anyone else seen it? I'm still waiting for my DVD to arrive.

It's definitely worth seeing at least once because it is one of Steven Chiao's better movies.

WOW! This movie is pretty funny! The special effects is awesome. One heck of a movie. By the way, Bruce Lee is in this movie as a goalie. Hehehe.. Pretty cool..

That movie was pretty funny. Don't think its his best though. I still think God of Cookery or King of Comedy are a few of his best. This movie appealed to the mass mostly cuz of the special effects. But funny movie nonetheless

I like his older movies better. Shaolin Soccer is funny but not ROFL till it hurts to laugh funny like his old movies.

i heard they're BUTCHERING the movie for the states, AS USUAL. Why can't they leave good movies alone when they port them over?

i heard they're changing the title to "Kung Fu Soccer" and cutting the movie by 30 minutes, so Joe Sixpack doesn't get confused.

They may also be changing the soundtrack so we can listen to some beautiful rap music while watching a butchered movie.
