I actually just bought a pair of those last week to solve a "how do I connect two offices on opposite sides of a parking lot" problem.
Frankly, it's excellent hardware for the price. It took me about an hour to figure out how to configure it for what I needed, I suction-cupped them onto the inside of the window in the two locations, and I was up and running. The devices have excellent site survey software in them, and controls out the wazoo. All configuration is done from a web page served by the device.
The only ding against these is that they only have a 100BaseT physical jack. Using 40 MHz of 5 GHz spectrum, I can easily create a link with a higher bandwidth than the physical jack is capable of, but that's mostly because my link is extremely short (~150 M).
If you want to maximize bandwidth, I might recommend their Nanobridge (
http://ubnt.com/nanobridge). I don't have one, but it is (as I understand) exactly the same internals, simply that it's built into a small dish. It'll be a bit more difficult to install (precisely pointing the antenna will be required).
If all you're trying to do is leach a 10 Mbps internet connection, I'd go for the NanoStation, cause they just look sexy.
