I like using plain velveeta and spicy rotel. Sometimes, maybe I'll go to the trouble to cook some hamburger or sausage and throw it in the mix as well. Cream cheese and salsa is good stuff too.

Open jar of peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, I prefer crunchy)
Insert finger
Eat the PB (but not your finger)
Repeat until satisfied

Get some of those chicken fingers that you can throw in the oven and douse em in Franks buffalo wing sauce. 10 minute easy boneless buffalo wings whenever you want em.

Honestly I have never convinced anyone else to try this, but it is my favorite snack (invented in dorm cafeteria during days where nothing good was served).

1) Open can of olives
2) Poor into bowl
3) Open salsa
4) Poor salsa on olives - about half of the olive volume
5) Open sour cream
6) Spoon 2-3 spoonfuls into bowl
7) Mix and eat with that spoon.

People think it sounds nasty - but it is the key ingredients in any Mexican dish so people eat it all the time. If you want a variation use it as a chip dip and you are basically eating a taco.

My wife would eat that in one sitting. She's an olive fiend. Heh.

It sounds quite a bit like pimento cheese spread. Just with salsa. I'll be sure to pass it along to her. Were you using the chopped black olives?

Boil spaghetti (I preffer angel hair) noodles, drain.
Cover with grated parmesan cheese.
Mix and eat.

Fry-hard 1 egg, toast 2 peices of bread (I preffer wheat).
Lightly spread mayonnaise, add egg, slice of ham.
Eat and enjoy.

Fry a few peices of bacon until crispy. Drain grease.
Crumble bacon.
Add white rice (real rice please) and bacon, stir fry in bacon skillet.
Yum!

One thing I like to do is pour some olive oil on the noodles (for flavor and to keep them from sticking), add grated parmesan cheese, chives, and whatever leftover meat or something that I have lying around.

Another good one is to use some thai peanut sauce, noodles, peanuts, grated carrots, chicken, celery, cucumber, and lettuce or cabbage.
