Sharing Apps in Win2k and WinME

I'm setting up dual boot with these OS'es and was wondering if I can share particular applications to conserve some hard disk space. Apps like Office 2000, Norton Systemworks, Photoshop. Can I install them in each OS to the same hard drive (and folder)? Will they run (without problems) that way out of both OS'es? I'm using FAT32 which is common to both.

I used to do this with win95 and NT, and it worked ok most of the time

Ajay, I would NOT do it. Tried it with 98se and 2K and wound up with lots of problems in both.

It shouldn't be a problem at all. I believe it's a common practice among the dual booting community. Including myself with no problems at all.
