Sharing Drives and Files With Win2k Question

I have added a Win2k Box to my workgroup and it can see everything shared on the network but when I try to access the Shared drives on the win2k box over the network I get asked for a user name and passwork even though I haven't set one. Help

Default users were created when you installed w2k. Go into Users and Passwords in Control Panel and you'll see them. If you're not concerned about security, enable the guest account, which is set up as disabled by default.

Thanks I'll try that but first I have to reinstall. I killed win2k by messing with the chid restrictions check box.

I do believe xp is much better but the Win2k box would be a bit to slow with xp.
