Sharing T1 with other offices

We are currently running this configuration:

DSL Modem -> VPN Router -> Switch -> our computers

We are now talking about upgrading to a T1 Router and would like to share the bandwidth with three other small offices, but I want all 4 offices to look like they have seperate static IPs and be on seperate networks, how do I do that?

T1 Router -> Something that gives 25% bandwidth and unique IPs -> internet to individual offices.

Can anyone offer this newbie some help?

Sure, buy a Cisco 1841 with an integrated T-1 Wic card. You can easily control your NAT statements to tie certain IPs to certain private network ranges. You can also do QoS and rate limit. The real question is what do you gain by going to the T-1 that you can't do with DSL?

Hmmm... interesting.

Well our DSL (being as far from the central office as we can without disconnecting) comes in at a whooping 300Kbps down/100Kbps up.

Is it possible that my router is sophistocated enough to control the NAT statements?

If you're good, you can set up a nice Linux router to do that. Very powerful.
