This is the BS e-mail I got:
"Recently you requested a free sample of King of Shaves shaving product

www.shave.com. Usually you would have received a confirmation email
from us, confirming that your sample has been despatched.
Unfortunately due to technical difficulties at our fulfilment centre in
the USA, your request has not been carried out. We are, of course,
extremely sorry about this.
To improve our service to the USA and Canada we are in the process of
changing fulfilment centres and we aim to finalise this by the end of
August.
We will keep your details on file and despatch your samples once our new
fulfilment centre is up and running. Again, we apologise for the delay
and
we thank you for your patience.
