Shock Pen

Appears similar to the "Shock Mouse" lvailable last fall, which I still use on co-workers (at least the ones who have not seen it...)

I have had the pleasure of being tricked by one of my friends with this pen. I definitely gives you a jolt. If holding it up, you will most likely drop it to the floor on your first try. Definitely works good though.

This question always comes up with this store. Yes, they are on the up and up. I've been shopping there for years. I live about 4 miles away from them. I'll have to stop buy and pick one up. It'll teach people not to steal my pen.

This pen is awesome, my friend bought one at Spencers and had our manager try it and it shocked the crap out of him, it was funny. I have to get one of these.

I just ordered one, I couldn't resist, for only 4.99 and free shipping it'll be worth it if i can only shock one person, and then eventually take it apart to utilize its innards in some other devious scheme (ie doorknob or car door handle)

I also buy from Softwareandstuff/Surplus Computers all the time. They are great for random junk, which is something I enjoy partaking in. They and others like them (CompGeeks, etc.) get bulk lots of stuff from warehouses that are clearing out. For example, my last order from them was for 2 MS Sidewinder USB gamepads (the original style) for a console emulation box project I have. The packages were sealed retail, and one had a compusa warehouse sticker still on it. I live in MA, and their shipping, while a little high, is flat rate regardless of your location and fully trackable. I've actually never had to return anything to them, and enjoy looking thru their inventory. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna checkout and get my Battery Tester for $4.99 shipped. :beer:

speaking of wet, i've always had the question. only in ionic solutions can electricty travel through. so if we're talking about pure H2O and no dissolved particles to create ions, electricity can't pass through right? i know tap waters has lots of contaminants, but is there enough so that if i throw a hair dryer into the bath tub, that it'll kill me?
