Simple question if you have an hdcp enabled video card do you also need the lcd display to have hdcp enabled, or if you have an hdcp video card wouldnt care if the display has or not hdcp?
cause im looking forward for the asus pw201 wide 20 inch display its structure is gorgeous and i read a review that considers it a good purchase except for the glossy coating and not too good angle of view due to be a pmva panel, but it lacks hdcp so i ask myself if i get a hdcp card in the future would i be ready for hd content even if the hollywood scum use the constraint flags or will i be screwed up for not having hdcp on the display also.
