short sleeve shirts - button on sleeves.

i saw some dude sporting a short sleeve shirt where the buttons are on the sleeve. i know that have it for woman but does anyone know what store would carry this for men?

so you want a shirt that can be worn long sleeve or short sleeve by unbuttoning and removing the forearm part of the sleeve?

sort of like the pants that are full length but can be converted to shorts?
