Need to buy one of those vibrating fitness trackers like a Jawbone UP to remind me to do this. Sometimes I'm on the move a lot at work, other times I'm stuck at my desk for 10 or 12 hours & don't budge

I take a walk to the bathroom about 8 times per day. I drink a lot of water, so this helps "remind" me to get up.

I also go for a walk on my lunch break and walk up to the 9th floor from the ground floor and back to my floor almost every day.
