don't think the rich, elite are brainwashed, they're the ones doing the brainwashikng in the name of natioanism, patroism, defense, and of course God. I think what is happening in the world is that when the cold war ended it upset the "balance of power". No matter what we do, and no matter what the rest of the world says, they are going to be jealous of us. Not for our freedom so much as for our power.

SO, do we go for world domination and control, or do we share our power to a degree that brings the balance back closer to center? I feel that's what we will be voting on this election. That direction may be decided in this election.

I personally will chose peace over "pre-emptive strikes" every time. War is Hell, and until the elite have to get bloodied or have their children get bloodied it is too easy for them to chose the war solution.

But I do believe that this country has been long overdue for another revolution.

If this country doesn't stop getting so polarized in its ideology disparities, we will be seeing this happen within most of our lifetimes.
