F this mood swinging bitch. You don't need to apologize for her hormone imbalance. Shes angry because they didn't like her code and now she needs someone to be a bitch to.

Her being pregnant has nothing to do with it. She sounds like a scummy b!tch. I, for one, don't want problems she has/had in her life to mess with mine. I'm guessing she's at an unhappy place in life right now.

I would catch her behaviour on cam and calmly make her understand how much of a unreasonable child she is being.

It may not be as useful to the rest of the world, but it will be easier for you of you wait till AFTER she drops the mongrel, THEN kick her in the stomach.

That is total garbage. If she doesn't think she can handle the stress of coming into work, then she shouldn't be there. That's on her.

Punch her in the stomach and tell her better luck next time.

No one will feel sympathy for you even if you are right. She is female, and pregnant. You lose. The curse of being born male.

We both have a lot of stress in life, and no, it is not my bun in her oven (I'd rather f*** a pig than her).

I am going to grad school part time and work full time, then commute 2.5 hr per day, and a slightly moody person to begin with.
She... simply a moody person and has a reputation for it.

It doesn't do either one of us any good if we keep fighting, we both may get warnings or fired.

So just put it behind me and stay away from her as much as possible. My life is more important and I don't want contamination.

Huh? Being pregnant has a lot to do with it. Have you ever dealt with a pregnant woman? Their hormones are all out of whack.

Sounds like neither of you should be there. At least she has an excuse, and can play the sympathy card.

Assuming your recount of the events is objective... fvck no. That b1tch needs to realize what a job is and learn to work with the rest of the team, especially when orders come down from above. Her attitude is a problem for not only you, but your project and your company as well.

Her being pregnant has nothing to do with how to approach to remedy the situation. Bottom line, she is simply an employee working on a project. Bodily changes shouldn't affect work performance.

Nope, but you are a FOOL to think otherwise.

This is why women shouldn't leave the kitchen.

Dammit, I voted for yes when I wanted to vote for no. My bad.

Pregnant or not, woman or not, it's her responsibility to be professional and rational. You just keep doing your job as best you can.

It's been known to happen. Wish I had a link handy, but I know I've read about it, even here at AT.

If you're going to apologize, I think you should bitch slap her first, THEN apologize.

Update:

1 hr after work started she goes around the office giving out food to everyone except me (walk right pass my cube), and did not reply to my email.

Well, I made my effort, she didn't accept it, so I don't blame myself anymore.

haha I don't want contamination either.

You did the smarter thing by apologizing. Unless you actually have the power to do something about a co-worker its always better to get a long.
