Prove to me with facts that in order to have a high efficient PSU you must have descent parts......you can`t so you resort to talking in circles.....

I'm just passing through reading about the exciting thing that is 80+ PSU's and noticed the argument. Without really having ever taken apart a PSU (except to replace a fan) I still think your statment about getting to high efficiency requires decent parts is pretty blanket.
It might be correct or it might not, but you don't know that. As people all-ready mentioned a company pays so much $ and submits a psu for testing. This does not mean they did not hand pick it or that the unit barely passed. They could use parts that are made for high efficiency but suck at everything else just to get that rating.
