Should I get a new PSU for this build?

I would not use that PSU, partly because there are no competent reviews (newegg reviews don't count) so quality is doubtful and partly because it is extreme overkill. Get an Antec, Corsair or Seasonic around 400W.

Rosewill power supplies leave a lot to be desired...the only thing they have going for them is price...and IMO, even that's not enough to override the poor quality.
Definitely spend a bit more and buy a quality power supply. Since you say it's been a couple of months, I doubt Newegg will take it back, (presuming that's where you bought it) so your only choices may be to try to sell it...or use it as a door stop.

Use it!

That power supply has a 120/240 switch on the back! That means that the design is 4+ years old on the inside. The EU requires that all consumer stuff sold adjust to the power differences in the different countries starting many years ago, so all new designs don't have the 120/240 switch.

That said, you should use the power supply. It is already paid for, and the power bill savings from another supply will not be more then a few cents per month on your low-power system.

Make sure you have a high-quality power strip to protect your equipment, as this power supply may not have that ability.

It's not a matter of the efficiency of the PSU that makes people recommend against its use...it's the build quality. Rosewill PSU's are mediocre at best.
