Should i go to Orlando, FL?

My relatives from FL came to visit us and asked me if i want to go back with them. They are willing to pay for my plane ticket and have room and board for me at their house.

My problem is that if i go, i would be alone wondering around Orlando. Is it worth going alone and what can i do down there?

well what would u be doing/spending money on in your hometown if you weren't in orlando?
if its nothing special, might as well go to orlando, spend a day at a park or something, see some sights, etc

Well I guess that should come with a disclaimer... isolated t-storms there can really mean isolated.

It could downpour for 20 minutes and the sun would come out soon after. WIth Florida weather, you never know... but seeing all of that certainly is intimidating, isn't it?

i live about 45 min away...its h0t as hell, like 95ish EVERYDAY. humidity++...but i guess itd be ok for a vacation. so sure why not.

There are lots of attractions around here, but I imagine it would be pretty boring by yourself.

I live in Orlando, take the weather with a grain of salt, It rains almost every day here this time of year, but the storms only last for a few minutes and then they are over. I love it here, its hot, but you get used to it and the nights are cool. There is TONS of stuff to do here, you have the clubs in Universal and on Church street and all the attractions.

I think Ft Lauderdale is the other side of the world from Orlando, MikeD

As far as going to Orlando, it's worth going at least once. I don't know if this is the time of year you want to be going thuogh. Eitherway, there's plenty to do.
