Should I run 1.33 @ 1.80 Vcore or 1.4 @ 1.90?

What is your opinion? My computer is stable at 1.4, but I need to bump up the Vcore to +0.1 at 1.4. Will 1.90V Vcore significantly shorten the life of my cpu? The temp difference only differs by a few degrees for the different configurations, so the temperature is not a factor.

Also, is there a way to change the I/O Voltage on the Epox 8k7a mobo?

Well depends...how long are you planning on having this computer...i mean...ppl fuss about how OCing kills cpu life but by the time the thing dies...you'll have already upgraded. So why not...go 1.90 unless you having heat issues. Right now i'm running 1600 on my EpoX 8k7a and my temps are 41-43 idle and 47-50 full load so my temps are not that high. But i have a case mod with 6 fans and a swiftech mc-462a. What kind of PSU? What's your DDR voltage? Mult and FSB?

My temps are the same as yours.

DDR Voltage is at +0.1 (manufacturer's default) <--- should I increase this?
I'm running at 10 x 140.

I don't see a jumper or any setting in BIOS to change the I/O Voltage.

If you are getting temps below 55C then go for the 1.4Ghz, as has already been said you would have probably upgraded two or three times before that CPU dies from overclocking (not that you will still be using it to find out).

Run it at 1.4 unless you can get it to go faster. Better cooling is always to be desired.
