Photos of my heap.
That room is just for me. A "man cave" I suppose. If I want to watch with others, it's on another LG OLED in the living room.Looks nice. My home theater/stereo rig is in the living room. Just curious, what if you want to watch or listen with another person?
You need a bigger sub
IB means your cabinet for the sub is very big. You get much better control and much deeper sub without resorting to a big amp to achieve it.Dope setup. What is it like using a m/k from that vantage point? Do you play FPS and it works well? Never done that. I could set it up at my place in my LR, but I'd have to not be lazy, though with the console won't be bad.
Did not see the infinite baffle when researching subs the other year. What's different about them?
I went way overbudget and bought the SVS SB-1000 for my living room setup - when it's past 10pm on a school night, I use the app with the built in EQ pre-sets and have a quiet setting that reduces the rumbling frequencies, so my downstairs neighbor doesn't get bothered. It also sits on a subwoofer floor 'stand'/ Haven't had a complaint yet.
It works very well. Mouse and keyboard are RF. Very low latency.Dope setup. What is it like using a m/k from that vantage point? Do you play FPS and it works well? Never done that. I could set it up at my place in my LR, but I'd have to not be lazy, though with the console won't be bad.
With another 5.1 or more system? I wish I had the room for two full setups. No real need I guess. That room is just for me. A "man cave" I suppose. If I want to watch with others, it's on another LG OLED in the living room.

I do have to have a short stand to get my line of sight dead center to the 77" display. It's similar to theater seating where you have to go up several rows to get a good line of sight to the large screen. In this case I'm changing the display height, not the seating height.Yah. I'm not worried about the wireless keyboard and mouse performance, they make good ones these days and I have some of those.
It's more about the distance to the screen and the fact it's overall lower vs a desktop setup.
That sounds perfect. I kinda want to see what it feels like to play with an M&K on my 65" tv sometime. Moving a console from the office to the LR is pretty simple, just gotta have a power cord and hdmi cable in the LR as well as at my office desk, so an easy swap.I do have to have a short stand to get my line of sight dead center to the 77" display. The way I have it looks great and feels great for long session use.
