I just got an email back from them a week after I sent them the email.

Their response seems like a generic reply and doesn't seem to address the fact that I COMPLETELY destroyed my headphones. The rep is still talking about defect and warranties.

Can't seem to get the e2c's to fit well at all. They either don't fit in the canal or want to pop out. I have two sets of etymotics and they fit and seal well with no playing around at all. Can anyone get me some tips to fitment? Are the clear tips what you are referring to as "silicone?" The problem with them are they are so very stiff.

twist them around until it feel right

The tips that came stock on them are too big. They give smaller tips. I find the orange foam ones to fit the best. The smallest size foam ones fit perfectly. It took me a while to figure out how to put them on properly. But now it takes me like 5 seconds to put them on.
