shuttle PC fitted with PCI express graphics card

i know the shuttle pc's are incredibly small and compact. one worry i have, if i was to busy a shuttle with a compatible motherboard, would the size of the compatible graphics card be an issue? i dont want to spend lots of money on a PCI express graphics card and find out it does not physically fit into the shuttle PC.

anyone know any web sites whereby they have done the hard work for you so its not a trial and error thing.

i dont have any particular in mind as yet, but i am wanting a athlon 64 mobo one and a decent ati PCI-Express vid card.

do you think all cards will fit into the shuttle cases? I have heard from other peeps on forums that certain cards dont fit?!?!??!?!

Well base upon most of the stuff I have seen on the PCI express cable Shuttle boxes you shouldn't have a problem. I was reviewing feedbacks on Newegg.com and didnt see any glaring problems. I would recommend the SN25P model over the ST20g5 though. It has a higher output Power supply that would be better suited to handle the newer high power requirements of todays graphics cards.

i think ati has more 2 slot based video cards than single slots, which may be a problem on certain shuttles. From the looks of the SN25P, i *think* the pci-e slot is on the slot closest to the edge, which means there may be a problem. Also I know a lot of shuttles have 2 expansion slots total, and then a dual slot vid card would take up both of them
