If you got an old spare socket 775 CPU laying around, this can be a nice and cheap way to resurrect it. It has integrated graphics (Intel G41 chipset GMA 4500) but also has a PCIe x16 slot. It supports an optical drive and two hard drives. It uses DDR3.

Great deal. I've been watching this one carefully. Was $108 at Superbiiz, then it was $100AR at Newegg, but this is the best deal yet. Barely more than a mini-ITX board, but you're getting the case and PSU with it.

My concern about both versions is the lack of ACHI and some potential problems using larger graphics cards, even ones that should technically fit, due to MB components and a bad side intake vent design.

Just be forewarned that the FSB on this motherboard apparently can't exceed about 340, so you won't get huge overclocks on that q6600...but I assume 3.0 is enough for a spare system.

But now for the bad news...I'm pretty sure the combo of a q6600 and a GTX460 would burn the PSU up in short order. Best stick to something a bit tamer.

Even my undervolted e8400 with a GTX460-768 uses about 200w in gaming, and a q6600 would add about 50w. Not gonna happen on a 250w PSU!
