Not bad, but word to the wise, Nforce2 Shuttle boxes should be hitting the market as we approach Christmas. These will signifigantly improve your gaming performance over this existing box from Shuttle. So if you can hold out another month, month and a half, I say wait.

Ich! What's with the green stripe on the front of the case? I personally wish that all the Shuttle barebones systems looked like the SS40G of if they are going to do different colors, I wish that they'd give you a choice.
Rant mode off.

significantly? how so ... no one is going to use the integrated video ... as for the ddr 333 advantage .. whats that another 1-2 fps?
improve .. yes, significantly .. no
also mwave has this item for 280

wait for the Nforce2, it will take the Barton chips later on (400 FSB) with Dual DDR400
it's the ONLY way ... if you want your purchase be a Long term investment...
just wait for it
and wait for barton 512k L2
with 400 FSB...
(wait till March, things will get cheaper...)
even if you dont like the newer expensive CPUs...(the older ones would be real cheap by then ( ^_^ )

its not like a game is going to run like garbage on one, and great on the other, given the same addon hardware.
they both have agp ports is my point. im just trying to put your words into relative terms ... youll see an improvement it just wont be night and day, what 5% ... maybe. most people aren't going to want to buy ddr333, led alone 2 sticks for the dual channel difference. pci bandwidth ... you know for the 1 expansion slot your not going to fill.
there is a giant nforce2 hype machine churning away at the moment, dont let it overshadow alot of decent alternatives. the sk41 and sn41 are tiered products not meant to compete directly with each other. the sn41 is 2 months down the road, in a higher price class (expect 380 to start), and yet to be reviewed
hey at least its not sis anyways ill save any more comments for OT, if your pondering a purchase of this board and dont want to wait a few months, or want to save a little cash, or want to reuse existing hardware give this little box a look.

And for people buying the SK41G, you're not making a mistake. Shuttle has started selling their newer heatpipe cooler AND singular motherboards, so you'll be able to upgrade it down the line to a more recent chipset.
