Shuttle SS51G OverHeating Problem, Need Options

I have a Shuttle SS51G with a P4 2.4 533bus chip with a Radeon 9800pro and I think it needs some better cooling.

The CPU and PSU get a bit toasty, but i'm generally ok with that, but the vid card gets really hot , or so i'm guessing. I can put my hand on the side of the case and it's extremely hot over the spot where the Vid fan/hs is located. There's about 0.5-1inch of air bettween case and vid card.

It's about 1.5-2inches on from the rear in the middle of the case.

I was wondering if maybe getting a 80mm fan and cutting the case and screwing the fan so it blows inward would be worth it, It's kinda noisy as is though.

Are you willing to cut a hole in the side of that beautiful case for an ugly exterior blow/suck fan?
As for the card, I would say ramsinks and possibly a crystal or Pure Copper heatsink (http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/51/cat51.htm?472) and fan.

As for the CPU if you want, I've seen mods where you can:
-Replace the fans for more powerful ones
-Adding a temperature sensor to the more powerful fan (reduces noise and raises efficiency)
-Cutting out the fan guards with tin snips on the case/heatsink fan on the back of the PC and adding a thinner wire type one to improve exhaust

The main issue with the cube type machines are airflow in my opinion, especially with the video card. I would recommend a shuttle heatpipe system due to the lack of airflow, but since the video card is mounted with the pipes in a horizontal fashion, would be almost useless. That is if the massive Vantec heatpipe system would fit of course.
