Hi all,
I hadn't planned on moving along from my S939 FX and Opteron-based systems, but I may actually build at least one C2D soon. If I do I'd like to be able to use a (Thermalright) SI-120 in the C2D system (using a S775 RM of course).
Without me having top wade though all the posts in the "Official" ASUS, eVGA, Gigabyte, and NVdia threads it would be great if any of you folks out there using an SI-120 and a C2D board could comment on compatability issues.
NOTE: Yes, I know that Thermalright has a compatability section for each CPU cooler they sell, but guess what? Its' not always completely up to date, which is why when I tried to replace the XP-90 in my wife's PC last week with a brand new SI-120 I discovered that the SI-120 obstructs the AGP slot of the (MSI) K8N Neo2 PE. Yeah, thats' right, and that board has been out for years now. Nice.
TIA for any and all help and insight you can provide.

EDIT: According to this Asus P5W DH - Problems + Fixes Thread over at XtremeSystems the SI-120 does indeed fit the ASUS P5W DH Deluxe. The OP posted a list of "Recommended Aircoolers" in no particular order of:
Thermalright Ultra-120
Tuniq/Sunbeam Tower 120
Noctua NH-U12
Noctua NH-U9
Thermaltake Big Typhoon (/VX)
Zalman CNPS9700LED
Scythe Ninja (/rev.B)
Scythe Infinity
Thermalright XP-90/C
Thermalright SI-120
Thermalright XP-120
ASUS Silent Square
