Side Panel (USB, Microphone and Headphone)

Does anyone know where I can get one? My case has one, but it's empty.

I am refering to the panel featured in this picture:

Any ideas where I can buy one, or even somehow rig myself one?

I looked for the specific product, but I don't see anyone who sells USB side-mount or front-mount boards that go with the original case. PCCase.com is no help, either.

You could try a front panel that uses a spare 5.25" drive bay. There are multi-function panels that have Firewire, USB, speaker out, mic in, game port, temp display with probe, etc, etc. There are also some that fit 3.5" bays. Check here at newegg.com.
