I just went through the most ridiculous drama over this. I made a topic in techpowerup about getting screwed over by these guys. they state 3-4 business days shipping. I paid 9.00 US for shipping. Then they don't even ship the thing for 2 more days after I ordered it.
I ordered it on a Monday and they shipped it Wednesday. So I wouldn't of even gotten the thing until at least next Monday. What kind of shipping is that? Screw you shipping? 10 days for 9.00 US?
So I email the guy and I tell him if you guys are really that slow I won't be using you again. Why would I?
I paid 9 freaking dollars for shipping and it takes 9-10 days to arrive?
I get an email about them being out of the office on apr 17th, it's april 26th, who cares about apr 17th?
Anyway the guy straight up cancels my order because he didn't like my response.
Literally cancels my order.
It had already been charged to my visa and was in shipping and he cancels it without my consent or without me asking him to.
So is that the kind of person you want to do business with?
A guy who will cancel your order if you email him about how slow their mailing process is?
To top it off he comes into techpowerup, they unlock the closed topic for him and he lies in it, stating some nonsense about my billing info being wrong, making more excuses.
First off I use Bank of America.
no billing or address info ever gets overloocked. they catch even the slightest inconsistency and will not process any order what so ever. I know that for a fact, they've canceled many an order on me due to my own mistakes.
I checked the shipping info on my shipping slip via their site and my shipping info is 100% accurate.

So this guy is not only a scumbag who thinks he has the right to cancel your order if you don't like his 10 days for 9 dollars shipping method, he will also come into forums and lie blatantly. I will NEVER do business with him again. Pissed me off so much they sided with this piece of garbage liar. I could not believe they unlocked a closed topic to let him lie in it, then they closed it again, allowing me no opportunity to state the TRUTH.
Yes I can be a prick, but does that mean a business owner should act like a child?

I am part owner of 2 businesses and I would never on my life even think about doing what he did to me to a customer. I have had things said to me by clients that would make your eyes pop out of the back of your head and I stayed professional, kept a smile on my face.
All he had to do was say "sorry about the delay" and I would of rolled on, instead he acted like a spoiled child.
Never again and everyone I know will be sure to find out about this.
