Don't understand why people would possibly want to drink skim milk, to be honest. Just like drinking chalky water. And if you are really that fussed about the few grams of milk fat you are not drinking (which has very interesting health properties), you have your priorities screwed up.

"Almond milk" is worthless sh*t. You guys should look at its ingredients. It is basically all sugar. Buy real almonds and they consist of almost only fat and protein. Almond milk has little of either; it's just almondy water spiked with sugar and a few added vitamins/minerals. The marketing is good but it's worthless as an actual food product.
