I prefer 2%, vitamin d is ok and skim is nasty milk like water.
/thread1% is half the fat of 2%, and much more tolerable than skim.
Whole milk, everything else seems too watery, I am lactose intolerant however and almost never have milk if i can help it

"Almond milk" is worthless sh*t. You guys should look at its ingredients. It is basically all sugar. Buy real almonds and they consist of almost only fat and protein. Almond milk has little of either; it's just almondy water spiked with sugar and a few added vitamins/minerals. The marketing is good but it's worthless as an actual food product.
