I had a $300 credit from a warranty claim so I order a Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headphones and an Xbox One headset and had to pay $39. I submit my order and it was processed, the next week I receive my products. Just now they send me an invoice in PayPal claiming my payment didn't go through for the $39, seems like bs. I call PayPal and they tell me I suited my order and basically it was their fault for not processing the payment within 5 days. She told me there is nothing they can do since it was their own fault and shouldn't have shipped before processing. Should I send payment again?
