It also says 70% off of any video game priced $19.99 or less. Me thinks the Diablo III and BF3 online price are mistakes.

Man, three locations near me and none of them had Skyrim for PC . Terrific price though for the lucky ones who got it. It's never gonna be cheaper than that.

interesting, it didn't stated that on 10/6/12. I don't think it said you need to buy pokemon black or white, just an additional 70% savings on games on games 19.99 or less with purchase.

All my local Toys R Us B&M stores have not carried PC games for a long time, so definitely YMMV.

Got my local best buy to price match. Toys r us didn't have any in store that I could find but I called and their system said they had 3 on hand. I put the best buy associate on the line with the toys r us lady to confirm and bingo. I walked paying 4.98 since I had a $5 certificate.

No it doesn't. That is a separated discount. Skyrim is not under $20 to start with.

That's awesome. Hope my local Walmart will do that easily when I stop by tomorrow for Diablo. I'd love to take few of them to give out to my relatives for holiday.

I paid in electronics and the guys there already knew about the deal. I bought Skyrim and they mentioned the D3 and BF3 deals that toys r us is running.

I'm loading a bunch of mods before I even start the game. I never really replay, so if I want them, I better get them now.

Result: Failed

TRU didn't have any, as expected. Walmart's manager refused to as the difference is too large. Target requires flyer. And the flyer at TRU doesn't mention about this.

So, 0:5 (W:L) now. I will try BB and other Walmart after work.

Only reason I will try other BB and WM after work is because they are on the way home.. so no extra gas, but yes, extra time and trouble. But honestly, I am not expecting any better outcome because, despite all the buzzes over the web regarding this (ie Diablo dead, yada yada), there are only very few group of people who were actually getting them for $ 10 with PM.

I was gonna do this earlier this weekend, but then I decided I already have enough games I don't play so better to waste my money on hooker & blow instead.

The $9.98 sale has nothing at all to do with the Pokeman deal, that is a completely different sale. The prices are marked $9.98 on the shelf and directly on the packaging, not combined with any other item or offer.

Also, this sale is a much better than advertised actually. TRU must be getting out of the PC game business because ALL of their fairly new PC releases were $9.98 including other games like the latest Call of Duty, BF3, Star Wars The Old Republic, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, Skyrim, etc.

The problem is that word had been out for awhile apparently and the shelves were fairly wiped clean. The only 2 left were BF3 (which I already had) and SWTOR which I debated before deciding wasn't even worth $10. The other TRU had copies in back when he checked and the fine salesman said that it would be too much work to dig them out. I could have complained to the manager I suppose but didn't have time or the desire to fight with them for it. I was not very happy and I'll avoid shopping there for awhile.

All told it was just a frustrating waste of time and gas. My guess is that price matching this anywhere would be a very longshot hope to get lucky. Most stores in my area are leery of it when there is much price difference and simply refuse to, or it's like pulling teeth to get them to PM.

The Pokemon sale just confused me I guess.

Target told me the sale must be posted in an ad, the printout of the website wasn't good enough.

Best Buy told me that after contacting the 3 closest TRU stores since they (TRU) were out of stock they could not honor the deal

I think either Microcenter or Fr'ys matches online prices (I forget which one), so you can try them.

My wife picked this up at BB today also for about 11 bucks after tax. I was also told that BB received a communication from HQ to not honor any more of these prices fwiw. Who knows if thats true or not, just what I was told by a friend who tried to pricematch in another state.
