I'm level 42. My save file is about to breach 10mb. The game stutters a little when I first get to towns, but other than that there are no issues. The lag is way overstated. It is not game breaking.

I'm about 15 hours in and hit level 15. I don't see how you guys are levelling so fast at such low hours unless all you do is craft to level which really makes no sense to me. I spent at least half of the hours just walking around, looking at stuff, going places, picking up the odd quest here and there. I have killed 3 or 4 dragons so far and really need to get my crafting skill up to 100 to make dragon armor. I have been throwing all my stuff on my bed and it seems to stay there. That dragon stuff is HEAVY. I have about 6k gold. I'm getting pretty tired of killing these undead things all the time, its either undead or bandits, not much variation there.
I'm eager to hear your tale as you progress. You will probably approach the game drastically different than I am and that interests me.
Loving it so far. Yesterday I put in about 6 hours. I don't think I accomplished much though... Killed a bunch of baddies and leveled up some. Definitely took a while to get familiar with the controls and menus. I like how you can just wander and stumble upon random shit. i found some cave that I got pwned hard in . I came across a master level vampire or something and he gave it to me hard lol. When I get stronger I'll go back and show him who is boss. fun times.

last night I was playing part of the main quest and got to a part where I had to create a distraction at a party. I did a dragon force shout and blew shit off of tables and then changed into a werewolf. What I did not know at the time is that I was supposed to get someone else to create a distraction so I could sneak away. Trust me though, they were distracted.
LOL.. yeah, buy the man a drink!!
What level/area do you get the werewolf/vampire quests? I already saw my friend turn into a wolf but didn't get a quest from him.

I sort of broke my game. I got the double enchant perk, drank a potion to increase my enchanting 15% and enchanted all new dragon armor and jewelry with uber more magica, less spell cost and a ton of other things. Now my magic never goes down even when casting expert spells
I also pimped the Forgemasters gloves and a smithing potion to better the gear by 35%
They are very easy to kill at distance, they fly around predictably and then land and you can nail them for a while, particularly if indisposed with another enemy.I wish the dragons were harder to kill (and had better AI).
I focused on the main quest as a Nord two handed basher but did many side quests and just wandering around on my to and fro. Finished the main quest at just level 13 and will now take a break to decide what to do next. Easily my favorite in the Elder Scrolls series though I think the main quest was kinda short.
