LOL! You suck.
the king is playing a giant game of simcity so he will load up the firehouses after this.
I doubt most people even know of that movie.
CLASSIC!
Steve McQueen & Paul Newman! Definitely a classic!
Wow how does a fire like that get out of control with modern fire suppression in a building?
One of the fire experts is saying that there have been fires like this in the past that involved the decorative exterior covering, a curtain wall I think they call it. So this raises the question -- how the fuck is flammable material permitted anywhere in the world.
From what I understand, curtain walls are usually the exterior wall of a building used for insulation, protection from the elements. I haven't heard of them being called "decorative." Unless the paint is what's burning off -- who uses paint on towers -- it probably isn't a minor deal.
And didn't something like this happen last year around this time?
A curtain wall can be decorative after all it is the visible exterior.
Apparently the material used here was jellied gasoline!

Lol. Steve McQueen.
Wonder what he's been up to these days.
So assuming that it's a total loss and will need to come down (certainly how it looks), that will be an impressive implosion.
Nah just general Middle Eastern incompetence is my betThey're saying this is an EXTERNAL fire and that the sprinklers are keeping things OK inside -- not buying it! This is looking like a total loss to me.

So, although they're being somewhat optimistic that the fire is contained to the outside, by my untrained eye there's absolutely nothing contained about it.

So, who else thinks that ISIS has something to do with this?
I hope they use thermite. :sneaky:So assuming that it's a total loss and will need to come down (certainly how it looks), that will be an impressive implosion.
