I actually have this case and it really is a great deal for ~ $40 shipped. My case came with a 400 Watt Leadman PS and the thing is actually very cool looking and easy to mod.

Any idea if it would run a 1.4 tbird alright? TIANOTE: Our tests with AMD based boards are inconclusive. The case manufacturer
- states that this case/power supply will work fine for AMD Duron, Athlon and
- Athlon XP systems. We have run it in house with these boards with no
- apparent problem - however the power supply does not meet AMD's recommended
- air-flow design
Make sure you use the original Dell PSU!Originally posted by: jodathmorr
how do you figure 10 bays? I only see 6. Cool case tho. I'm looking for one to throw my dell into (the dell case is horrible). I also want to mod it out and do some extreme cooling

Hi,
They've had it for a while ... the part that concerned me was:

Oooh, pretty shiny. The "air flow" design stuff is due to the lack of fan / vents on the lower side of the power supply, therefore less hot air is exhausted from the CPU by the power supply. However, note the mountings for TWO rear exhaust fans. Get some panaflo L1 action going on and you'll be fine.

That is necassarily true with all Dell's. All of the recent Dimension 4500 people have been getting lately all use standard power supplies. See 4500 specs for a pinout of the mobo. It's a standard ATX connector. So your blanket statement, doesn't necessarily hold water in all cases.
