I do plan on going SLI down the road when the price drops but I have the opportunity to grab a new 980 ti for really cheap and I'd like to know if swapping out my two eVGA superclocked cards for a single ti will give me a significant performance boost. I've tried looking for comparison benchmarks but I've only found benchmark comparisons for single cards. I've been out of the technical loop for a while and I'd really appreciate some expert advice on whether or not I'll see a significant boost or if it would be better to wait until I can grab them both and start with SLI ti cards.
I'm posting from my phone so I'll try to supply some links for the cards I currently have and the ones I'm looking to buy. In the meantime, any information is greatly appreciated.

This is the card available to me at the moment. I'll update this with my current cards.

Newegg no longer has a listing for this card. I checked the item number and it took me to a diamond ring haha.
Edit: I just noticed the 980 ti cards dropped in price, so I might be grabbing a second card sooner then I thought. On the current subject, what kind of performance increase would I get from dual ti's?
